Hybrid automaker Fisker to buy shuttered GM plant

AFP - WASHINGTON (AFP) - Budding US hybrid car maker Fisker Automotive will reopen a shuttered General Motors plant in Delaware to build fuel-efficient, plug-in cars, the White House announced Tuesday.
